Recently bought LM1200 for use specifically as a failover. Connected the device, using a line in from my router to the WAN port and ran a line from the LAN port to my PC. I noticed there was no Internet signal coming through. Upon opening the quick start guide, and found that 'a future update will enable this port'. Is this update available? Really disappointing as I can't use it for it's intended purpose.

The 2-port FW release has been posted online for upgrade. Currently, it is limited to the IMEIs ending with 0 and 1. We will add more later today or tomorrow to avoid stressing the upgrade server. Please advise the last digit of your IMEIs. I will add them first. If you keep seeing Upgrade Error message, please do a factory reset and start over. After upgrade, please do a factory reset and clear the browser cache to make sure the WebUI displays correctly. Thanks John

Connect LM1200 WAN port to your home broadband modem 3. Power on LM1200, it will detect the WAN connection automatically and the data link will go through your home broadband. You can check this on WebUI's dashboard. No need to play with PING settings if the default works fine. Thanks

Just purchased this LM1200 IMEI 356316110358835 and it reports that no software upgrades are available at this time. Works great as a LTE modem but cannot get the failover to work full circle. When the wired modem is disconnected the LTE modem connects only after I reset my Night Hawk AC1900 router. When the wired modem is reconnected the LTE modem does not relinkquish the connection until power is recycled on the LM1200. I was expecting a more automatic symetrical response. What might I be doing wrong or is this NetGear's idea of failover?

Failover feature is not enabled yet for LM1200 since the WAN port is not yet active. This is a pending future update.
