NETGEAR recently released an LTE update for the LM1200-111NAS modem. I downloaded the file, unzipped it and with a Ethernet cable uploaded the file to the modem. Upload was successful. Modem seems more reliable and stable.
NETGEAR support was most helpful working with me to provide an update to the original release.
