andyminr Could you please provide download link to the file Netgear support supplied.
Per my explanation in another thread, the official download page (updated in 2025) indicates that the file we get for LM1200 is not compatible with LM1200-111NAS, and the SPK file was last updated on 02-01-2022. So, while uploading the file myself is successful, I still get the error message that the firmware itself is incompatible.
