My LM1200 works fine on ATT broadband net, but ONLY in 3G, no LTE. Did you have a similar problem, and did you resolve it? Thanks!
Have your issue resolved on AT&T? Let me know if you still need help on this.
Thanks

While without the help of AT&T, even though I engaged them at least a dozen times in person and on call, I proved the problem to be one of provisioning. Once AT&T couldn't deny any longer, they changed me to another plan, and suddenly my modem(s) run 4GLTE.

Glad you finally got the correct plan.
The device has been certified with AT&T, T-Mo and Verizon. So if you get their mobile hotspots BYOD plan, it will work with the device for sure. But we know that some promotion plans whihc tied to certain promoted devices will not work with the device.
Thanks

I have got one of these modems and I was looking into antennas until I realized I am practically in the shadow of the tower but the modem will not pick up the LTE signal, only the 3G signal, and in either case does not connect. The manual suggests that an APN may be needed but I have not found anyone at AT&T who knows what an APN is. I am using their BYOD mobile plan and worked with a represenative in the store to purchase the plan, even brought in the box so they knew in what type of device I was putting their SIM (IMEI checked out). The 3G signal is excellent but supposidly going away later this month. Choosing LTE only in the Network Mode menu does not display any reception details. Anyone know the solution to this?

I am sorry this is technically off topic but connectivity seems to have been part of the discussion of firmware updates and I just wanted to share that recent Bing search revealed some options to try:

I am not sure if this is the proper answer for this device but using "Broadband" for the APN seems to work for me.
