There are 3 LTE Upgrade packages available - Australia, Europe and US.
Please make sure that you download the right firmware for your device,

It appears that you have the latest firmware v20.06.09.00 installed.
Kindly access LM1200 settings page, go to Settings > General > Software and Reset > click the Check for update button. This will allow the modem to check for new firmware.
And for the manual update, did you load the SPK file and not the ZIP file?

Still the same problem . Update with the 77.7 MB SPK file remains. Tried hard reset , update vis direct wire , soft reset , harsh reset . Nothing has worked. 2nd unit with the exact same problem . Something in the spk file is not compatible with the current firmware EC25AFFDR7A09M4G . SKU # lm1200-100nas . SN # 6ju314wjo2728 .

Please collect a model.json file and send back to me via private message.
- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it backThanks
