LM1200 is certified with T-Mobile. If you get the T-Mobile SIM from their BYOD mobile hotspot plan, the device will work for sure.

 

The Keepalive setting is just a workaround to prevent the network to disconnect the data link after certain period of time of activities.

T-Mobile is telling me I’m on the hot spot plan but my connection will not establish. LED is consistently red.

    Please advise your plan name and confirm it is from T-MO BYOD plan. Please refer to the image below.
