LM1200 fails updating / checking firmware, no WAN feature

I recently purchased the LM1200 and found that the WAN feature is not enabled. I have attempted on several occasions to update the firmware by navagating to Settings > Software and Reset > Check for ...

Thank you for the assistance. Unfortunatly, I am still receiving the same error.
I tried factory resetting with and without the SIM installed just to be sure and it still will not update itself.
