Location?
Which carrier and network?
Using a Data-SIM? Reason asking is that some carriers don't allow generic "phone" SIM cards in data-only equipment.
In my understanding, the LM1200 exits as a US (-100NAS, Certified with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon) and a Australia (-100AUS) model only.
- DugymdAug 21, 2021AspirantI’m in US. The carrier is called visible. They use Verizon towers. It’s a data sim. All the rearch I’ve done before purchasing this set up led me to believe it was plug and play with this network. Would there be anyway to get it to work but changing apn ? Im spitballing here not even sure if that makes sense. NOVICE here

Visible LTE bands
2, 4, 5, 13, 66.
Hotspot (phone) is 5Mbps speed restricted on Visible, how they apply sims to a LTE modem I’m not sure but I’d guess IMEI is barred as a broadband device & it has to be a Mobile Phone device that’s Verizon supports I’d guess.
Use a 4G/5G phone with 4x4 mimo/carrier aggregation and a ASUS
(Or other) router that supports usb tethering from a Android.
The 5Mbps hotspot also can’t be used with only with 1 device on a iPhone, Apple don’t hand control of these things like Android/carriers do.- AyeAyeAyeAug 21, 2021Apprentice“ The SIM card works well in any phone that I try it in and also works in a Netgear Nighthawk M1 after I use the VSBLINTERNET APN.“
