LM1200 Power light stuck amber

I have a LM1200 that used to work but suddenly is now stuck with a solid amber light for power with no other lights on. Even the LAN light is not showing with a LAN cable connected properly.

Even holding down the factory reset pin does not cause the light to go off and come back on.

I have a working LM1200 as well which is working so I was able to eliminate cables as an issue.
