LM1200 vs. LM1300 ?

The Product Data Sheets for LM1200 and LM1300 appear to indicate that they are identical products, with the only difference being the LM1300 was intended to be sold through Costco and came with 1 year of support rather than the typical Netgear 90 days of 'complimentary support'.

 

The LM1300 does not appear on the Costco web site,  There is a third party reseller on Amazon offering the LM1300, which would seem to be at odds with the support requirement to purchase through Costco.

 

Is this summary correct?
