LM1200 vs. MR1100 plus antennae

I'm moving to a rural location (though only 30 minutes from Austin) that has T-Mobile 5G coverage. I have a Nighthawk M5 MR5100C that's testing well in Chicago, but once I'm moved in November, I'll need two additional ISPs to use with either my TP-Link ER605 router with load balancing, or Speedify service for bandwidth bonding. 

I'm struggling to understand what the M1 MR1100 offers over the LM1200 aside from the additional $200 price. These are the antennae I'm considering installing:
