LM1200 with AT&T phone plan instead of hotspot

I get a much better rate adding an additional phone to my AT&T plan. I have a phone that I can tether, if I loose my cable modem.

Does anyone know if I can use the sim from my phone in a Lm1200 without changing the plan?

    LM1200 is certified with AT&T. So the AT&T BYOD hotspot plan will work for sure. If your phone plan was from a promotion, most likely, AT&T will blokc the data service to be used with other devices. But you can give it a try.
