LM1200 won't connect to new PPPOE WAN connection, previous DHCP worked fine

Hi all

Been using a LM1200 for WAN failover with my Aus NBN FTTH connection successfully for months now.

I have just changed NBN providers, and with that change have switched from DHCP to PPPOE. I use (and need to use) the LM1200 in bridge mode, as my network is complicated and I am simply not interested in having dual NAT etc, even during failover events.

This morning I switched over providers, reset my Edgerouter X to make the swap from DHCP to PPPOE, redidi my firewall and satic IPs  and couldn't get a connection. Wracked my brain for a bit, checked all cables etc and then thought maybe I should remove the LM1200 from the mix to check (the WAN light is now orange).

It worked immediately. ERX pulled an IP using new username and password, network is back up.

I wasn't expecting to have to do anything at the LM1200 end (as it is in bridge mode), and when I manually plug it into my computer, navigate to 192.168.5.1 and check it out there are no settings I could even change RE this sort of issue.

Any idea how I can bring this device back into my network, as I really do want to use it.

Cheers
