LM1300 - NETGEAR no longer supports
I purchased a LM1300 in September 2024. I opened a problem case (48674607) in November 2024. I purchased a PREMIUM support contract in November 2024. This case is still open in October 2025. The product does not work as advertised. Last contact with L2 NETGEAR indicated NETGEAR does not have resources to resolve my problem.
I wonder how long until all products have this result!

I purchased an LM1200 in August of 2024 and used it for a month on T-Mobile. Worked fine, but T-Mobile coverage at my house is pathetic (and 4G wireless not so great), so once my immediate project was finished, it went "back in the box".
Not a ringing endorsement for purchasing Premium Support. How often were they in contact between November 2024 and now?
p.s. not that I can help, but what did "not work as advertised"?

Stayed in constant contact. Continued to state "Engineering is working on it". Never believed it.
LM1300 always crashed and/or lockup when attempting switch over from "primary" (cable modem) to "back up" (4G modem). Downloaded suggested firmware upgrade. LM1300 would then no longer operate with cable modem. ALL NETGEAR equipment (cable modem, Wi-Fi router, etc.).
Happy with all NETGEAR products except the LM1300.
