LTE actual speed slow vs. speed test high

Hi all,

I’m not sure how to describe this. First of all I have an ORBI LBR20 (firmware 2.6.4.2) with an T-mobile SIM card. This is my only internet method currently.

Until last week my actual network speeds were great. But at some point the actual speed dropped significantly (I assume to less than 1mb download), but when I speed test from any device it shows that my speeds are normal.

I have disconnected and reconnected everything, rebooted and even reset the system. Nothing seems to solve the issue and it’s annoying me.

I’m not too tech savvy about these things but I can manage if directed.

Please advise
