LTE Modem LB1120 mobile broadband disconnected

Modem LB 1120 has a red power light w/ full green bars. Nighthawk extender seems to be working ok. Logged on to NETGEAR and Alert states Mobile Broadband Disconnected - Your Data connection is disconnected. I'm using a Straight Talk SIM card (unlimited). Can anyone offer me assistance on how to fix my problem? I have reset to factory, reset both my modem and my Nighthawk extender.
