M1 mobile router

I have got a Nighthawk M1 mobile router, it suddenly lost the username and I can not get any contact to the router anymore. I'v tried to power off, take out simcard, but nothing helps. I tried the app as well but can't get any contact! Anyone who knows what to do?

    I'm afraid I don't understand that. The manual for this device says nothing about any "username".

     

    If you mean the "admin" interface, then the only thing you can change is the password. The login is admin.

     

    If it is something that you set yourself, then you can reset the M1 to its original settings.
