M1 power issue

A MR1100 Ooredoo mobile router is what i have. Sometimes it will say disconnected from mobile network and sometimes it will turn off out of nowhere the second i stop looking at it or using my phone. It already has sleep and such disabled, the battery is fine and never low and i keep it less than a foot away from my phone, the only device connected to it. Software and firmware are up to date, it doesn’t matter is its 2ghz or 5, it turns itself off constantly and whenever my phone connects to another signal I passed by. I tried live chat and email and got no help.
