M1100-100. Hidden Network

I have needed to reset my M1100 router. If I log on to 5GHz connection berthing irks just fine. However if I log on to 2.4GHz  my iPad shows Hidden Network

i have tried contacting NETGEAR but didn't get anywhere. I such a hassle trying to get through to them.
