M1/M2 How to turn off the redirect

Whenever M1 doesn't have Internet connection, M1 redericts to m1login. Net. This also happens when sim card is not inserted. I have not been able to turn this feature off in the configuration. Anyone knows if it is possible?

    Does it affect all devices that are connected to the network. Please try to clear web browser cache.

      The issue is on the Netgear, not the connecting devices
