M6 Pro issues right out the box

I go through the naming and password setting and at the end when I tap “Go to Dashboard”, it sits with a white blank screen and does absolutely nothing else. I’m so fckn sick of everything I buy not working. I bought an Alienware 2 days ago and it’s BSOD’s me daily. Nobody asked but I’m just irritated. /rant

Anything I can do to get this thing to work?
