Max-stream router EA8100. Works well on Wi-Fi, but my xbox 1 won’t recognize the cat cable connectio
I have a CAT cable from the router to a Xbox one. The Xbox one works on the Wi-Fi but I can’t get it to recognize the CAT cable and operate hardwired.

do other devices work on that cable?
what happens if you get a short 6ft cable and connect the xbox to the router with the short cable (to test the cable)
