MBR624GU compatibility with Movistar Colombia and Huawei e173 USB dongle?

Question

I haven't been able to install the worldwide firmware on this US purchased router and I don't see the carrier Movistar in Colombia supported anywhere on the site.

Is it possible to manually edit the carrier settings on this router? Does anybody have any information about using this in Colombia?
