MH7150 Not receiving text messages
I have the MH7150 (Nighthawk M7) using an eSIM however the device isn't receiving text messages, I have accessed the admin panel through the browser but it is not showing any messages.
The device is running the latest firmware and I have tried a factory reset to see if it resolves the issue however it is still not working.

On the Nighthawk M7 (MH7150), the problem isn’t your firmware or reset — it’s that SMS over eSIM isn’t consistently supported. Many carriers only enable data on eSIM profiles, not text messaging, and the M7 itself has limited SMS functionality with eSIM. That’s why the admin panel shows nothing: the device isn’t actually receiving SMS at the network level. To confirm, try a physical SIM from the same carrier — if SMS works there, the limitation is with eSIM support. In short, this is a carrier/device restriction, not a bug, and if SMS is essential you’ll likely need to use a physical SIM or manage texts through your carrier’s app.
