Mobile Boradband disconnected on MR1100 - Nighthawk M1

Hello,

my modem is all of a sudden displaying "Mobile Brodband Disconnected, your data connection is disconnected" and "Roaming data disabled". 
The connexion bars are strong.  My phone and computer can connect to the router, but it doesn't connect to internet.

I've tried downloading the diverse netgear apps, but it says that the modem is not supported.

What else can I do pretty please?  I am at my wits end, as I am stuck here until my modem is repaired.
