Mobile Broadband Disconnected

Hi

 

After a thunderstorm the other night our Nighthawk device wont connect to mobile broadband, I've tried all the fixes suggested by Net Gear, I've rebooted umpteen times and checked all I can check etc. I've contacted Vodafone who assure me there are no problems on the SIM and if I try it in another mifi device it does work perfectly. Has anyone else any suggestions as to what I can try please?

    Which Netgear device is that?

     

    With all that stray electricity, thunderstorms are very good at wiping out electronic devices. Maybe you are another victim.
