Mobile Route AirCard 790s Telstra to be used for Smart Bro PH network
hi, I'm planning to purchase the AirCard 790s model from a second hand seller who claims he bought it from Telstra early this year. Was wondering does Telstra lock this devices into their network? Can I use them in PH using Smart Bro network. It says on this site:

the AirCard is compatible with Smart Bro PHI. But I'm worried that it maybe locked on Telstra if I bought the item in Australia.
