1. Major work just need a sim card with data service subscribed, get few more battery if you are using it on the road most of the time, or get a better QC3.0 charger if you are using it at fixed location where you might want to remove the battery (to reduce heat problem) and plug Type-C charge cable instead
2. If you are buying US model of M1, then it might not work properly outside of the country, you need to check what is LTE bands supported at your destination country and then check M1's specs if it has coressponding band(s) supported
3. Signal coverage mainly dominated by network provider's tower, and of course concurrent users from the same tower, as long as M1 has proper band(s) supported.
