Mobile Router Nighthawk M1 - Problems with Microsoft Outlook

Dear all,

we have a mobile router Nighthawk M1 and it works fine.

Just with the connection to Microsoft Outlook we are experiencing problems regarding receiving emails.

Emails are received on a very unregular basis (like once or twice a day) whereas emails can be sent any time. In case of clicking on "send/receive" in outlook an error message occurs that the server cannot be reached or that there is a problem with the network, though the internet connetion is fine.

Could that problem has to do anything with the Nighthawk settings?
