Mobile Service Not connecting
Very disappointed that Netgear has problems connecting to both AT&T and T-Mobile networks with known working SIM cards. Using same settings as another brand of router (that does connect). How can this not be hardware/firmware related. Tech support will not even diagnose without service contract. 4 month old device now has to be thrown in trash.

I have a MR6110 with zero problems connecting to att.
Some mobile providers are limiting sim swapping. Have you checked with att? You might need a hotspot sim setup to use it.
(tmobile is notorious for this)
Is it a locked hotspot?

Is it MR6150-100NAS? The device can work with AT&T and T-Mo BYOD plans without any problem. But if you get the SIM card with certain devices from the carriers, the carrier may block the service to work with M6.
Please check your SIM subscriptions with the carriers first.
Thanks
