Model MR1100-100 not able to connect to app keeps telling me my admin password is wrong

NETGEAR  NIGHTHAWK MR1100-100

The app will not accept the admin code of the router and also tells me that there is no such model?. The usual SIM card I use is for the UK and I have to change to travel to Europe so because the app does not operate the SIM can't be unlocked
