Modem/Routers

   CaHello there,

Being a bit of a tinkerer I would like to use the following setup;

Nighthawk M6 mobile modem-------  ethernet to Netgear DC112A internet port-------Cat 5 50m from number 1 port to second Netgear DC112A internet port.

First---- DC112A shows green internet light and it is working.

Second ----DC112A shows orange and not working.

Both DC112A are set in "Failover Mode"

Is there another setting I should be using please?

I am aware that it is possible with TP-LINK routers,  TP-Link AX1500 WiFi Router and then via 50m of Cat 5 to a TP-Link N600 works OK?

Help please.
