Questions about Netgear Nighthawk M1 1100
Is it best to turn off the modem at night? And does it affect the speed to bypass the router and use as modem only if I use an external router.

    It is not necessay to turn off M1 during the night. The device is designed to work 24/7. But if you plan to use it that way, it is better not to use with battery inserted. 

     

    You can use the device as modem. The speed should not be affected twoo much.
