MR1100 – Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router

Thank you for reply and sorry for may respond being late. I reset the unit but it didn't help for both issues. Simply because after resetting, the unit does not go to its factory setting in terms of 'admin' login, instead it goes to my last setting i.e. it required the password that I set, not the one printed on the unit sticker. So, virtually I could not communicate with my unit neither by using app nor by web site. The option for "you forgot your password?" is useless now because Netgear people do not now serve us at all. The 'Help' number for Dubai where I stay is usless too. Auto message says the number is wrong.

After so many attempts with various possible options for my password I finally succeeded and got the right one. 

So now I have a full communication with my unit, but unfortuntely I could not find any way to fix the issue of the light to show the strenght of wifi (the right crescent light). 

As a result of these Netgear issues I have decided to opt for new router with permanent fibre optic connection.

So my Negear unit became useless and faulty though still with 1 year warrnty from Amazon.ae. where I bought it.
