MR1100 - LTE unstable after NTG9X50C_12.06.11.00 firmware update

Hello,

 

I have a MR1100-100EUS_04.01.80.00, it was running right till yesterday. I did the proposed firmware update with version NTG9X50C_12.06.11.00. Now, when I start the device, LTE is running right for few minutes, then it stalls. Wifi is still on but internet connection seems to be unreachable.

There is no info on the net on this version 12.06.11.00 nor on the netgear support website. The product page propose 12.06.08.00 version but I cannot downgrade the firmware to this version. 

 

Does somebody has an idea to solve the issue ?

    Please do a factory reset after upgrade and check whether the issue goes away.

    Does the internet comes back if you turned of your phone wifi and turned it on again ?
