MR1100 - Switches from AT&T to US Cellular

Our hotspot is through AT&T, but despite having 3 bars of AT&T signal our hotspot switched to US Cellular and the signal is garbage. I’m not sure if AT&T shares towers or not, but is there a way to block it from switching over to US Cellular? We are on the Iowa/Illinois border and have never had this issue in a year of traveling on the road full time.

    To verify, what is the indicator that it switches from AT&T to US Cellular? 

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
