MR1100 & attwifimanager not connecting

We reactivated our MR1100 at the Cricket store yesterday. The manager at the store says the service is active on ATT side, the device is acceptable on their network but the MR1100 keeps asking for us to complete set up by visiting http://attwifimanager which is not reachable on my PC. Although I did access the site on my mobile phone (somehow) but there is no place in attwifimanager to allow the MR1100 to connect. I was signed with proper credentials and still no option to activate the service on the MR1100. 
I was hoping to get some insight here from the Netgear community since the Crickett store manager has no other options for us.
