If you would like to use your NETGEAR modem with a different service provider, you must obtain the NETGEAR AirCard modem’s MEP code from the service provider that sold you the NETGEAR AirCard modem.
The IMEI number can be checked on the product barcode label where you can see the Model number, Serial Number (S/N), SKU and MAC. You can also access M1 Settings page to find IMEI. Access M1 Settings page > go to Settings > Nighthawk M1 Status > Account.
