MR1100-100

Hello, Can anyone help me with modem Netgear MR1100-100. It shows only netgear logo, screen turns off and again i see netgear logo. Probably i can't reinstall firmware in tftp mode, but maybe is any different way to do that e.g. firmware file on usb stick, or upgrade utility? In device manager i see unknown device caled: QHSUSB_DLOAD. Please help!
