MR1100-100EUS Registration Error

Hi;

The device I used without any problem now gives an error:

Registration Error Phone not allowed - MM#6

1- Same device and same sim card was working 1 week ago (I also tried different sim cards, same error).

2- Sim card works on my phone. Also I can see the sim card serial number on netgear.

3- Tried factory default

4- Can not upgrade/downgrade firmware. Gives an update error. 

What can i do ???
