MR1100-100NAS Tmobile No connection

Question

I have the&nbsp;MR1100-100NAS on TMobile. No known tower outtages, firmware is NTG9X50C_12.06.08.00 The nearest tower is broadcasting with the band compatible with the device. My ISP is telling me it is an issue with Netgear firmware since there are several customers with this device having the same issue. I have rebooted several times, restored to factory resets, rebooted, manually loaded firmware.Are there any known issues with the firmware's compatibility with Tmobile?

Same thing going on with my mr1100. Isp says netgear and tmobile are working on a fix but I have not gotten a update
