Kindly access MR1100 settings page, go to Settings > Setup > Mobile Router Setup. Make sure the IP Passthrough is off and "Turn off WiFi when tethering" is unchecked.
Please try changing the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi name (SSID) then check if devices can detect the network.
