MR1100 ATT model having issues with “sim not provisioned”

Question

Our router has recently stopped working and it gives us the error SIM not provisioned. We’ve tried restarting it, removing the SIM card and putting it back but nothing has gotten it to work. If anyone knows what could be causing this issue and any potential fixes that would be helpful.

Have you checked with att? Maybe you do have a bad sim
