MR1100 Chrome cast not working

Hey guys i have my MR1100. ANd i can't get chromecast to work or SmartCart or any casting. Youtube sees my tv but won't cast. My android doesn't even see the TV. I have client isilotion turned off. I connected everything up to 2.4 and still nothing.

 

Also another issue my uncle just got the same device. And he can't connect or see any of his Security Cams.
