Mr1100 dosen't work

I have 2 Mr1100 hotspots.One old and one new. I can connect on the old one no problem. But the new one says two devices connected and TV says connected, but I can't get any of my streaming channels to...

Please try to switch the SIM card of the old MR1100 and the new MR1100. 

Have you tried factory resetting? 

May we please know the device SKU (MR1100-xxxx) and firmware version?
