Coud you please provide drivers for MR1100 EE UK( Netgear Nighthawk M1 4Gx Gigabit Lte router) Netgear Modem/router to discover the DM( Diagnostic Modem) port.
Sorry, I have to respect NDA rules and I cannot comment this device driver, diagnostic port details.
