MR1100 external (VPN?) access

I am using my Nighthawk M1 to provide internet access for a mobile data collection cart that will be travelling around the country. I will not always be with the cart, but I may want to check in on the data that is being captured by my edge devices. The only way I know to access the data is to access the edge devices while on the same network. Is there a way to I can VPN into my edge device while it is on the M1 network and I am not?
