Mr1100 factory reset password not valid

Question

I forgot the password for my router. I did a factory reset and tried using the admin password on the label under the battery and it says its invalid. How do I access the router or reset the password if I can't log in? Is there a way to have netgear reset it or look it up but my serial number?

The usual Netgear admin password is password.
