MR1100 Failed to update Firmware. Now it wont boot.
I bought a M1 April 10th 2019 in Taiwan. 3 Weeks Ago it asked me to update it. Sadly it got stuck and shut down. Now when it boots, it will forever say "Updating Device" "Please do not power off" ...

Please remove the SIM card, press the reset button for longer than 5 seconds until you see a change in the LED then let go.

Hello Bianca.
Thank you for your reply, however i stated in my opening post already, that i tried the reset button , it did not work.
Edit : I attached a foto for you to see.
things i tried
- try reset button with and without simcard
- try reset button with and without battery (using usb cable)
- try to connect it to my pc via usb- try to see if maybe the wifi still works and just the interface is bugged (sadly no)
Please note that the top right LED is never blinking.
I hope theres a solution, i bought 2 of these modems in april 2019, the other one is working fine.
