There's a more appropriate forum for such devices, where you might
find/get better information sooner:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/bd-p/aircard
Which "MR1100"? If I visit http://netgear.com/support , and put in
"MR1100" as the model number, I see multiple variants.
> Current version is 12.06.02
Under Downloads for the generic model, I don't see that among the
Previous versions.
I know nothing, but I'd guess that you have one of the ISP-specific
models, and it's rejecting generic (or other-variant) firmware.

Hello antinode,
Thank you for replying.
Nighthawk M1 MR110, is it possible to move my topic to https://community.netgear.com/t5/Mobile-Routers-Hotspots-Modems/bd-p/aircard, or do I start again? new, IDK :smileyembarrassed:
In regards to " ISP-specific models, and it's rejecting generic (or other-variant) firmware."
Is there a fix that you know of please?

A moderator might move it. Eventually. If you're in a hurry, then
another post might be better than waiting.> Email I received: [...]
That assumes that Netgear knows which model you have.

For the generic MR1100, I see:
Download Link : http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/MR1100/MR1100NAS_V12.06.08.00.zip
But there's also a link there ("Related articles"):

Where are you?

The first ISP-specific variant I checked had no firmware listed, so
I assume that the ISP deals with it, not you. But what do I know?
